Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the conduct that is prohibited when using the Pagge platform ("Service"), operated by Pagge Inc. ("Pagge", "we", "us", or "our"). It applies to all users and to all content published through the Service, including stores, product listings, and customer communications. This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to publish, promote, or facilitate any of the following:
- Illegal goods and services. Any products, services, or content that violate applicable law, including counterfeit goods, stolen property, prohibited substances, or weapons where prohibited.
- Fraud and deceptive practices. Scams, phishing, misleading claims, pyramid schemes, or any content intended to deceive or defraud others.
- Harmful or dangerous content. Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate speech, or discrimination against any individual or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Sexually explicit content. Pornography, non-consensual sexual content, or content that sexualizes minors in any way.
- Infringing content. Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, including unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted works, or personal data.
- Malware and malicious activity. Viruses, malware, phishing links, or any code intended to harm or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Regulated products without authorization. Pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other regulated products unless you are legally authorized to sell them in the relevant jurisdictions.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt the Service, its servers, networks, or other users' accounts without authorization.
- Uploading content that you do not have the right to use, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
- Using the Service to send unsolicited or unauthorized communications, including spam.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service.
- Circumventing any access limits, billing restrictions, or security measures of the Service.
- Using automated tools to scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Service without permission.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its users, including through denial-of-service attacks.
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to review content and activity on the Service and to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may, at our discretion, remove or disable content, suspend or terminate your account, and take any other action permitted by applicable law. We may also report violations to relevant authorities.
4. Reporting Violations
If you believe that content on the Service violates this AUP or your rights, please submit an abuse report or contact us at [email protected]. We will review reports in a timely manner and take appropriate action.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
