Refund Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

At Pagge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for a Pagge subscription or other purchase.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your plan for any reason, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of the initial purchase. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the guarantee window, contact our support team at [email protected] and include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm your eligibility and process the refund as quickly as possible. Refunds are generally issued within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Renewal Charges

If you are charged for a subscription renewal and wish to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge. Where you have not used the Service during the renewed period, we will provide a pro-rated or full refund at our discretion. To avoid future renewal charges, cancel your subscription from your account billing settings before the end of your current billing period.

4. Changes to Your Plan

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, any price difference will be applied to your next billing cycle. If you downgrade, you will continue to have access to your previous plan's features until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are generally not provided, except as described in this policy.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for: (a) amounts billed more than 14 days before the refund request, except where required by applicable law; (b) misuse of the Service in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy; or (c) any purchases of goods or services made by your own customers through stores you publish on Pagge. Such transactions are between you and your customers, and are governed by the payment methods you configure for your store.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect and you wish to dispute it, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly. Filing an unnecessary chargeback may result in the suspension of your account. If a chargeback is filed and the dispute is resolved in our favor, you may be required to pay the disputed amount plus any applicable fees.

7. Payments Processed by Third Parties

Payments for Pagge subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record payment providers, Paddle and Lemon Squeezy. Refunds approved under this policy will be initiated through the payment provider that processed your transaction.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including any rights you may have under EU or UK law. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights that are not limited by this policy.
